Koster names Eberle, Hulst as Skagit County Co-Chairs for 2012 campaign
John Koster named two highly qualified individuals today as Skagit County Co-Chairs for the Koster for Congress 2012 campaign.
"Bob Eberle and Mark Hulst are both active members of their communities and dedicated to the people of Skagit County. I am honored to have their support, friendship and trust going forward with this campaign for Washington's 1st Congressional District", said Koster.
"I know that we share the same values and that we are committed to the same policies: lower taxes, less regulation and more opportunity for residents and businesses - policies that sorely need better representation in Washington D.C."
Currently serving as a Commissioner to the Port of Anacortes, Eberle is a past Skagit County Republican Party Chair who worked under President Reagan in the Department of Energy and spent 20 years with the Boeing Company.
Mark Hulst is a small business owner and a life-long resident of Skagit County. He was recently elected to the Mt. Vernon City Council and is the past Chairman of the Mount Vernon Planning Commission. Hulst is also a past Board Chairman for the Mount Vernon Chamber Of Commerce, having served in 2010.
